Monday evening psychodrama group
Meeting yourself
Mondays18:30–21:00· Riga
You may feel that you already know yourself very well and understand why you live the way you do. But understanding alone is not enough.
A long-term psychodrama group is a place where you can both explore and experience yourself — in relationships with others, in your emotions, and in the different roles we take on in life.

How we work together
In psychodrama, we use conversation, group interaction, spontaneity and action. This offers an opportunity to explore situations and try out different ways of responding in a safe setting.
The group meets regularly, once a week, creating a stable and confidential setting for long-term work on yourself.
