What is psychodrama?

A short introduction to psychodrama and how action, roles, and creative exploration can support insight.

What is psychodrama?

Psychodrama is a form of psychotherapy where experience is explored not only through conversation, but also through action.

It can help a person safely see relationships, conflicts, and inner choices from a new perspective. Sometimes words alone are not enough. When a situation can be embodied, different feelings, thoughts, and possibilities may appear.

No acting skills are needed. The important part is the willingness to explore your experience at your own pace.
